Toni Deason

Toni was born and raised in Miles City, Montana. She graduated from CCDHS in 2005 and from Miles Community College in 2010. She received her Associates of Applied Science in Small Business Management, and a Certificate in Accounting from MCC. In 2015 she graduated from University of Mary with her Bachelor of Science majoring in Accounting. Toni became a Certified Public Accountant in 2017 and has been working in the accounting industry for 10 years. Toni is a Certified QuickBooks Online Pro Advisor.
Toni and her husband, James, have two children, Trisity & Faron, and many animals. Toni enjoys gardening, camping, hiking, playing volleyball, and following her kids around watching them in various sports and activities. |
Cindy Anderson

Cindy was born and raised in Miles City, Montana. She graduated from CCDHS in 2004 and then went on to earn her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from MSU-Billings in 2008. She became an IRS Enrolled Agent in 2023.
Cindy and her husband, Dan, have owned a wholesale grocery distribution business since 2017. Their territory covers most of Eastern Montana and the Hiline. Cindy also became a shareholder of Deason CPA in 2025. Cindy serves on the DEAP and Hope for the Holidays board of directors, as well as the Sacred Heart School advisory council. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling & camping with her family and following her two daughters, Moriah and Maysa, to their multitude of sporting events. Cindy also enjoys reading a good novel and spending time with friends. |

Hillary Rens
Certified Public Accountant, Certified Fraud Examiner, Owner

Hillary graduated from CCDHS in 2002, and from The University of Montana in 2007. She received her Bachelor of Science with a major in Accounting. Hillary became a Certified Public Accountant in 2008 and a Certified Fraud Examiner in 2018. Hillary has worked in the public accounting and banking industries, with experience in tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll, auditing, and fraud investigations.
Hillary is married to Reyer, and they have two children, Dessa and Mina, mules, dogs, and other animals that keep them busy. Hillary and her family enjoy trail riding, gardening, exploring Montana, and keeping up with friends and family. Hillary also serves as the Miles City Backpack and H.O.P.E. Pantry program bookkeeper and is a board member of CNADA and Montana Society of CPAs. |
Trevor Tait
Certified Public Accountant

Trevor was born & raised in Miles City throughout his life and calls it home. He graduated from the University of Montana with a Bachelor of Science in Finance degree in 2015. Trevor has worked in accounting since 2020 and achieved his goal of becoming a licensed CPA in March 2026.
Trevor is also currently a board member on the local non-profit, Wake Up & Lace Up. He and his wife, Morgan, got married in December, 2021 and have a daughter named, Braya. In his spare time, he enjoys working out, spending time with his family, and being part of his church. |

April was born and raised in Miles City, Montana. She graduated from CCDHS in 2008 and studied at MCC for two years on a cheerleading scholarship. She is also a certified notary public.
April is married to Kade and they have two children, Koy and Tel. She is involved in her sons Parent Teacher Organization. She enjoys spending time with family, camping, hiking, fishing, and boating. She is embracing being a wrestling mom and loves watching her boys wrestle. |

Abi was born in Great Falls, Montana. Her family moved to Miles City in 2009, and she graduated from CCDHS in 2020. After graduation, she worked in the banking industry and in 2022, she attended Miles Community College to obtain her Certificate in Accounting. Abi is a Certified QuickBooks Online Pro Advisor.
Abi is married to Jackson, and they have one son, JJ. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with her family and friends, reading, sewing, spending time at the lake, and a good TV show. |
Lyncy Pluhar
Office Assistant

Lyncy was born and raised in Miles City. She graduated from CCDHS in 2022.
One of Lyncy's favorite hobbies is dancing. She started to dance sitting down before she could walk. She still dances at Northern Pacific Gymnastics Cheer & Dance to this day. She is also a part of the Miles City Bandits, where she competes in basketball, bowling and bocce ball. Lyncy loves to stick to a schedule. She is also very good at making and keeping plans. She is an encouraging friend who sees the best in everyone. At the office, Lyncy keeps things running smoothly by handling the shredding and taking out the garbage—both important jobs that she takes seriously...and always with a smile! |
